Attendance Agreement and Financial Contract
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge financial responsibilities to Harmony and Peaceful Connections, LLC, doing business as Kasia’s Music. You are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to my studio policies. Commitment is for an entire school year or from the time the student is enrolled to the end of June. All monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month and will incur a late fee of $25 if not received by the 5th of the month. Should something arise where you cannot financially fulfill your commitment to music lessons, I would encourage and appreciate open communication and advance notice.
Attendance: Missed Lessons/Cancellation
Teacher Commitment:
As your teacher, I am dedicated to providing students with the highest quality instruction, sharing my knowledge and experience to support their musical growth. From my experience, the most successful students are those who, along with their parents or practice coaches, remain committed and engaged in their lessons. My goal is to foster a learning environment built on mutual respect and dedication.
If I become ill and need to cancel a lesson, I will notify the parent and attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the lesson amount will be deducted from the following month’s invoice.
Student Commitment:
Absences: If a student decides to discontinue lessons during the school year, a 30-day written notice is required, along with payment for one final month of tuition. This ensures a smooth transition and allows time to close out the student’s learning progress appropriately.
Accuracy of Information
Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or Services has been modified or updated.
Practice and Technology
You understand that a device (computer, laptop, tablet) is required to complete lessons. You also agree to make sure that your device is charged and ready to log into muzie.live or zoom.us for your lesson.
You also agree to make sure that your instrument is in tune and ready for your lesson.
Tuition and Payments
- Tuition and enrollment fees are non-refundable and makeup lessons are not scheduled.
- Tuition is set as a flat fee per month and paid with credit or debit card via Stripe or with check.
- Lessons during Summer are paid for individual lesson.
When paying in full
45 Minute Lessons ($2,300 – Includes $50 1-time sign up fee per school year)
30 Minute Lessons ($1,600 – Includes $50 1-time sign up fee per school year)
45 Minute Group Lessons ($2,050 – Includes $50 1-time sign up fee per school year)
When paying in month-to-month
45 Minute Lessons – Includes 10 monthly $232 payments, plus a $50 1-time sign up fee per school year)
30 Minute Lessons – Includes 10 monthly $160 payments, plus a $50 1-time sign up fee per school year)
45 Minute Group Lessons Subscription – Includes 10 monthly $206 payments, plus a $50 1-time sign up fee per school year)
