1. Julian's Lullaby (Julianka Kołysanka)

(Instrumental)

Julian’s Lullaby began as a composition project while I was studying music at Southern Utah University in Cedar City. Originally written for violin, the piece took on new meaning when my son, Julian, began studying cello. I adapted the violin part for cello, giving him the opportunity to perform the piece at his own cello recital.

The recording became even more special as a family collaboration. Julian performs on cello alongside his sister, Alina, on piano. Listen closely and you’ll also hear the cry of Julian’s son, Declan, adding the voice of another generation to the recording.

2. Be Still

(Sung in English)

Inspired by the words of Psalm 46:10, “Be still, and know that I am God,” Be Still grew from a season when Kasia was reminded that sometimes faith means stopping, listening, and trusting God rather than trying to move forward on our own.

The message became even more personal as Kasia faced the worsening cancer of her sister. In the midst of uncertainty and concern for someone she loves, the words took on deeper meaning: she could be still because He is God.

2. I Was a Stranger

(Sung in English)

“I Was a Stranger” is a heartfelt, spiritually infused anthem that weaves together timeless biblical wisdom with the intimate chapters of Kasia’s own journey. Rooted in Matthew 25—where the call to welcome the stranger, feed the hungry, and visit the lonely resonates across centuries—the song transforms that ancient invitation into a modern testimony of compassion, redemption, and divine inspiration.
Recorded at Westlake Music Studio, the production blends warm acoustic textures with subtle orchestral swells, allowing each lyric to breathe while underscoring the song’s reverent atmosphere.

At its core, “I Was a Stranger” invites listeners to see themselves in the biblical narrative—recognizing that each act of kindness is a response to a deeper, divine invitation. By marrying scripture with lived experience, the song becomes more than a personal testimony; it serves as a gentle reminder that every encounter holds the potential for grace.
